French media LE10SPORT reports that Newcastle are interested in making a move for Alexis Draxler, who is currently playing in Paris.
The NEWSPAPER CLAIMS THAT Newcastle HAVE MADE THE FIRST CONTACT WITH THE player’S agent AND THAT Paris ARE READY TO listen TO offers AND hope TO SELL THE German in the summer window.
Draxler has been left out of the squad for Paris’ pre-season tour abroad. Newcastle have been looking for a creative and attacking midfielder, having been interested in Paquetta but failed to land the Brazilian. Now Newcastle are considering Draxler. Paris ARE BIDDING BETWEEN €20M AND €30m for DraXler and it is not clear whether Newcastle are willing to pay that amount for the striker, who has two years left on his contract.
