Nicol: de Jong can play anywhere, Chelsea should bring him in to replace jose mourinho

Former Liverpool defender Nicol has been speaking to the media about Chelsea’s interest in Frankie de Jong and has given his opinion.

Nicol told reporters: “listen, de Jong is a good player, he is good enough to be in any team. If Chelsea are going to bring in nigel de Jong to replace Jose mourinho, they can get better.

“I wouldn’t look at de Jong as a Chelsea player, but at the moment they need to step up.
