Bournemouth have once again approached Liverpool about a possible loan move for Phillips, according to Sky Sports.

Bournemouth have reportedly approached Liverpool about taking Phillips on a season-long loan. Liverpool are currently assessing offers for phillips, who also spent last season on loan at the cherries.

Phillips joined Bournemouth on loan at the last whistle and made 17 appearances in the Championship in half a season, helping the club return to the Premier League.

Liverpool’s plan had been to let phillips leave this summer, but the club are now willing to keep him after he signed a long-term deal and see him as a long-term replacement for Matip.
